What is New in the Group?

The OMNIPOL Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Australian company SiNAB Technologies. The signing ceremony took place in September in Prague with the participation of OMNIPOL President Jiří Podpěra and SiNAB Technologies CEO Tony Landers.

Last week, we handed over another L 410 NG aircraft to Senegal at Aircraft Industries. The ceremony was led by the Minister of Land and Air Transport, Yankhoba Diémé, alongside Air Force General Joseph Mamadou Diop and other members of the Senegalese delegation.

Prague – August 20, 2025 – OMNIPOL, together with its partner Forth Corporation Public Company, proudly announces the successful handover of two L 410 NG aircraft to the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation (DRRAA) of the Kingdom of Thailand. The official ceremony took place on August 17, 2025, at the DRRAA base at Tak Airport in Tak Province.

Pilots of the Vietnamese Air Force have successfully completed their basic training on the new L-39 Skyfox aircraft, delivered to Vietnam by our company, OMNIPOL. The training programme included theoretical instruction, simulator sessions, and practical flights in the aircraft.

European exhibitions are also of fundamental and strategic importance for the OMNIPOL Group. Therefore, you can currently see us at the French airport Le Bourget, where the world's largest and oldest air show - the Paris Airshow - has been taking place since Monday. This year, our L 410 NG aircraft also landed there.

The OMNIPOL Group has delivered, to Kazakhstan, the second L 410 NG aircraft. The aircraft is manufactured entirely by our Czech daughter company Aircraft Industries. This aircraft will expand the fleet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The prestigious international LAAD Defence & Security exhibition has started in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and will last until Friday, April 4. The OMNIPOL Group is presenting itself at this exhibition, at our own stand, together with our Czech daughter companies Aircraft Industries, ERA and MESIT, as well as with our Chilean partner company Aerocardal.

The OMNIPOL Group participated in IDEX, the largest trade fair of its kind, held in the city of Abu Dhabi, UAE, last week. The OMNIPOL Group team exhibited along with, its Czech daughter companies ERA, MESIT, Aircraft Industries, and partner AERO Vodochody. Together with numerous other Czech companies at the, Czech national stand displaying a wide range of Czech Defence industry capabilities.

January 7th, 2025 – At the end of last year, from December the 19th to the 22nd, the OMNIPOL Industrial Group participated in the important Vietnam Defence EXPO exhibition, held at Gia Lam airport in the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi. At the stand, we presented, together with our Czech daughter companies ERA and MESIT. Throughout the exhibition, we welcomed a number of important delegations, and we achieved significant success.

October 16th, 2024 – The training and light attack aircraft produced by Omnipol partner company AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE will fly under the new name L-39 Skyfox. The name draws inspiration from, the long-standing tradition of successful Czechoslovak aircraft such as the L-29 Delfín and L-39 Albatros. OMNIPOL has been the strategic partner of the project since 2015 and a minority owner of the entire company since 2021.
