A New Authorized Service Center to Be Established in Chile
Aircraft Industries (a member of OMNIPOL Group) has signed a memorandum with its strategic partner Aerocardal to establish a new service centre for L 410 aircraft directly in Chile. This step represents an important milestone that will bring comprehensive regional support to customers in Latin America.
The memorandum was signed during the prestigious international FIDAE airshow in Santiago de Chile.
„Appointing Aerocardal as an authorized service centre strengthens our ability to support L 410 NG operators in South America,” said Stepan Skorepa, Commercial Director Aircraft Industries.
The new facility will offer not only maintenance services and technical training but also continued airworthiness support and spare parts distribution.
Before the centre launches operations, Aerocardal’s technical personnel will undergo specialized training at Aircraft Industries in Kunovice, followed by a gradual development of local maintenance and training capacities directly in Chile.
Proven in Operation: Three L 410 NG in Chile
The cooperation builds on the success of our aircraft in the region. Aerocardal currently operates three L 410 NG aircraft, which have proven themselves even in the demanding conditions of the Los Pelambres copper mines.
Their main advantages include reliability, the capability to operate from short and unpaved runways, flexibility in remote areas, and cost-efficient operation. Passengers also appreciate the aircraft, preferring them for their comfort.
“The establishment of the service and training centre is the result of the work we have accomplished in the region together with OMNIPOL Group and Aircraft Industries. It is also a step that L 410 operators in Latin America need,” said Aerocardal’s CEO Ricardo Real.
